Where we ship

All orders are packed and sent from Melbourne, Australia. We ship within Australia and to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will see what we can do.

Processing time

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery options and costs

• Australia, Standard: free on orders of A$100 and over, usually 3 to 5 business days.
• Australia, Express: A$20, usually 1 to 2 business days.
• International, tracked: free, usually 6 to 12 business days.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and can be longer in busy periods such as Christmas, or because of customs checks. For delivery before an event, please order early.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders to some countries may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country's customs office, are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy and tracking

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
